Roots

She couldn't leave her Mexico, she couldn't leave Diego, her art, her pain. She had intricate roots.

    i adore your Frida paintings. Frida Khalo is such an inspiration. She was THE best at painting her feelings ... even if they were raw and painful. She never sugar coated a thing and i can respect that!!

    I have two soon to be three close friends in the Marines. My little neighbor boys who I had the privilege of watching grow up and my young friend's fiancee. It has been so interesting to see these "boys" leave and then these "Men" come home. They exude confidence and pride. I know this must be hard for you but you may be surprised how proud you become of your wonderful son. I wish you peace of mind.
